Do you prefer to play pool - or play the guitar by the bonfire?

We have many common areas, living rooms with sofas and areas for group work - or just for cosiness and games. Both indoors and outdoors. In the basement below the Reception you will find different games – air-hockey, billiard and table football.

Should you need a 20 minutes’ break, we recommend our massage chair. For DKK 10 you can sit alone and enjoy nice music.

On the meadow you will find plenty of room and facilities for exercise and socializing. The wooden excercise tools can be used by everyone - irrespectively of their physical condition.

The greatest sight for tourists in Hillerød

Discover Frederiksborg Castle not far from Pharmakon Conference Centre. You can borrow a bike or go there by car in 5 minutes. The castle is a unique excursion offering great cultural experiences, walks in the gardens and a sailing tour on the lake.

A good conference day may also include some extra spice, so you get together with your colleagues.

Bring along your running shoes when you visit Pharmakon Conference Centre.
We have maps with trails of various lengths.
Enjoy a nice run on the beautiful path around the old Frederiksborg Castle.

Learn about the history of pharmacy

The only museum of History of Pharmacy in Denmark, is located at Pharmakon Conference Centre.

In the museum of the Danish Collection of the History of Pharmacy, you can get an insight into the fascinating history of Danish pharmacy.
The Collection shows the pharmacies’ and the medicinal industry’s activities and the history of medicines over the last 100 years.

You can book a visit to the museum either by calling Pharmakon at +45 4820 6000 or by writing to Mette Katrine Jensen at mkj@dfhf.dk.

Moreover the museum is open for visits without booking from 1 pm to 4 pm on Tuesdays. Entry costs DKK 30 per person (the museum is closed in July).
