Contact us

We take care of our guests at Pharmakon Conference Centre, and we expect them to protect each other from infection whilst here.

Everyone must show a corona pass upon arrival.

All delegates must comply with the Danish Health Authority's top six recommendations on how to protect themselves and others from Covid-19, and limit the spread of infection. Posters displaying the top six recommendations are visible throughout Pharmakon.

To maintain our high standards, we have, among other things, amended all cleaning routines and have an added focus on hygiene practices in all communal areas and points of common contact. All meals in the restaurant are served plated, and staff wear masks. Guests are required to wear masks when they walk and stand in the restaurant.

Delegates may not come to Pharmakon Conference Centre if they have symptoms - even mild symptoms, or are feeling unwell, whether or not related to Coronavirus. If a guest experiences symptoms during their stay, they are required to leave Pharmakon immediately. And of course, we have the same expectations for our employees.

What we do now - individually and together - makes a difference.

Catering is our passion

Our eight chefs and 2 confectioners will make delicious food for you. They work in an open kitchen with a glass wall so you can have a look while meals are being prepared.

During the breaks you will be offered healthy snacks – we call them Food for Learning. They are made by our chefs and can help you keep your blood sugar stable. And of course, you can take home a recipe.

We also offer a lot of home-made products which can be bought at the Reception Desk.
